DEPARTMENT ACHIEVEMENT HIGHLIGHTS For 2023~24
The Department of ECE, IoT, KU, was awarded the 'Advanced Communications 5G Research Lab' Setup Award, by D.O.T., Govt. of India. The lab funding is to the tune of Rs. 1 Crore. The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) of the Government of India is setting up 100 5G labs across the country. The labs will be located in premier higher educational institutions and will test 5G applications in sectors like education, agriculture, and health.
